After my office fall with a femoral neck fracture in 2024, the implants have now been removed again. I had a fabulous surgeon with an excellent surgical team – thank you very much for the good work \ud83d\udc4f<\/span> – But somehow I underestimated the operation and the amount of material a little \ud83d\ude31<\/span> No motorcycling for four to eight weeks \ud83d\ude22<\/span> <\/span>And what do I do with the screws now? \ud83e\udd14<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking of Touratech’s anniversary: exactly 20 years ago, I was told that it was possible to enter China on my motorcycle and ride there without the guide, that is mandatory by the state. I thought about it for a few days, then canceled everything else and set off within 4 weeks: via Poland, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia to Mongolia. The original plan didn’t work out, but in the end I succeeded: I was on the road in the People’s Republic of China for almost 6 months, able to move freely for over 28,000 kilometers without the guide that is mandatory by the state. I saw a wonderful country and met great people. Many thanks to every single person who made my trip such a wonderful, intense and deeply human experience. Is there anyone else who has managed to ride his\/her own motorcycle for such a long time in China without the guide one has to have by law? <\/span>
